Puthu Vellai Mazhai

Long time ago when I first watched the movie “Roja”, there was one moment in the film that struck me most and lasted in my memory. A moment of fusion of romantic mood and music in the backdrop of the magnanimous snow clad Himalayan mountain ranges. Watching this movie on a 70mm screen and in an A/C theatre back then was for me, like watching the Himalyas “live” :) The music scored by Rahman for this song has set his place in the film world as a brilliant music director for decades to come. I am proud to present this song with a very versatile and talented singer, Kaushick.
